Led by an increasing demand of Organic Products in many countries, food manufacturers are more and more interested in Organic ingredients, which allow them to label the finished goods according to the Regulations in place.
Since the 1st of January 2019, manufacturers of organic products in the EU must use exclusively Organic Lecithin. In the United States, such requirement are already in place.
Following these requirements, Lasenor launched VEROLEC ORGANIC® into the market. An Organic Soy Lecithin originated in the United States that will allow our customers to use a High-Quality Lecithin, while fully complying with the Regulations. Thanks to the United States origin and USDA Organic Certification, Verolec Organic enjoys an outstanding reputation in terms of reliability and compliance with organic standards.
Organic Sunflower Lecithin is also available under the brand name GIRALEC ORGANIC®.
