Lasenor history
Lasenor is a privately owned company committed to the production and sale of Food Emulsifiers.

- 1975
Foundation of Compte y Rivera, S.A. as a producer of food emulsifiers and semi-finished products for bakery.

- 2004
Compte y Rivera, S.A. splits into two companies. Foundation of Lasenor Emul, S.L., fully dedicated to the production of food emulsifiers, as part of the Holdfood Group.

- 2005
New plant for synthetic emulsifiers in Barcelona, with a capacity of 16.000 t.

- 2006
Lasenor Argentina, first expansion.

- 2008
Foundation of Lasenor Charbhuja, joint venture with Charbhuja. Adquisition of 16.000 m2 in Nagpur (India).

- 2012
Foundation of Lasenor Yug, with a new plant in Azov (Russia), dedicated to upgrading sunflower lecithin.

- 2013
Construction of a new plant in Nagpur (India), dedicated to synthetic emulsifiers.

- 2016
Lasenor Charbhuja changes its name to Lasenor India.

- 2017
Foundation of Lasenor Brazil, with production capacity in Potim. Lasenor Yug is integrated into Lasenor Emul.

- 2018
Plant construction in Salem, OH, USA.

- 2021
Construction of a new sustainable warehouse at the Barcelona facilities.

- 2022
Foundation of Lasenor Andina, Colombia.

- 2023
After years of experience and expert technical support, extending from development to the launch of final productws, Swissgum joined Lasenor in 2022
